Alessia helps you find a setting that suits your guest numbers, budget and plans. A private villa can be the centre of the gathering, with nearby hotel rooms when guests need different accommodation options.
Guests travelling from different countries rarely arrive together. We coordinate transfers and share practical information for their journeys, including departures at the end of the stay.
Welcome dinners, restaurant lunches and meals at the villa give everyone time around the same table. We coordinate bookings, menus and dietary requirements with chefs, restaurants and catering teams.
Wine tastings, cooking classes, boat trips and outdoor activities can be part of the programme. Guests can choose different experiences, with bookings and timings organised around the moments you want everyone to share.
We work with you on the setting, dining, setup and suppliers for the birthday, anniversary or gathering itself. Personal details, including gifts for your guests, can be arranged alongside the larger bookings.
Clear schedules, meeting points and practical reminders help everyone know what is happening. Alessia can manage a shared guest communication channel and answer questions about the arrangements, reducing the number of details the host needs to handle.
Destination Weddings
Planning a wedding from abroad means choosing a place, a team of suppliers and arrangements for people who may be travelling a long way to join you.
Alessia supports you through those decisions, working directly with you on the venue, celebrations and guest logistics. The plans can include welcome gatherings, the wedding itself and time together afterwards.
We help you compare venues around your preferred setting, guest numbers and budget. When you are planning from abroad, live video visits can help you understand the spaces and discuss how they could work for your wedding.
Regular calls and updates keep you involved as the plans develop. Alessia follows up with local suppliers, tracks the decisions still needed and remains your main contact during the preparations.
We coordinate hotel options, rooming arrangements, arrivals and transfers. Guests can stay across different properties and price ranges, with travel arrangements connected to the celebration schedule.
Venue setup, flowers, catering, music and supplier timings need to work together. Alessia coordinates these elements with the professionals involved. For couples choosing a symbolic ceremony, the ceremony arrangements form part of the event plan.
A welcome dinner, beach aperitifs or a gathering the following day can give you more time with the people who have travelled to attend. We organise these alongside the wedding, taking account of guest arrivals and departures.
Dietary requirements, children’s entertainment and practical information are included in the preparations where needed. During the event, on-site coordination provides a contact for suppliers and guests, so questions and changes can be handled directly.

You work directly with Alessia, starting with your occasion, preferred dates, guest numbers and budget. You do not need to have chosen a venue or worked out the whole programme before getting in touch.
She develops the plans with you, coordinates selected collaborators and suppliers, and keeps track of the guest arrangements as they evolve.
When on-site coordination is included, Alessia is there during the event to manage the schedule, assist your guests and handle changes with the suppliers involved.

Chianti · 25 guests · Four days
Alessia worked with the host for a year to organise four days in Chianti, with a private villa, a nearby hotel, shared meals and activities chosen by the guests.
She managed the participant WhatsApp group and was there throughout the celebration, including finding a replacement when a chef cancelled before a private dinner.
Puglia · 120 guests · Four-night stay
Over a year of planning brought together 120 guests from the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe. Alessia coordinated venue research, live video visits, accommodation across different hotels and guest arrivals and transfers.
The programme included a symbolic ceremony at a sea-view villa, two days of celebrations and beach aperitifs afterwards. She coordinated the suppliers and was present during the event.
