Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 22 August 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of The Italian Chapter website and the consultation booking process. By using the website or submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms.

2. Use of the website

The website is provided for general information about our corporate retreat and executive offsite services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to it. We may change or withdraw website content at any time.

3. Consultation call bookings

A consultation call is an introductory conversation. It does not create any contract for services and carries no obligation for either party. Booking a call requires you to complete our consultation request form and confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy and these terms. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by either party where reasonably necessary.

4. Information provided through website forms

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Please do not submit information belonging to a third party unless you are authorised to do so, and do not include sensitive personal information in free-text fields. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Our services

Any retreat, offsite or programme we deliver is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which sets out scope, fees, payment terms and cancellation conditions. Information published on this website — including destinations, sample itineraries and indicative budgets — is illustrative and does not constitute a binding offer. Availability, pricing and supplier conditions are confirmed only in writing.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photography, itineraries, layout and branding, belongs to The Italian Chapter or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print content for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish or distribute it without our written permission.

7. Website content

We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but content is provided without warranty of completeness or accuracy. Destination descriptions and sample programmes are indicative and may change.

8. Third-party links and platforms

The website may link to third-party websites and uses third-party platforms, including a scheduling platform for consultation calls and business email and communication tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Italian Chapter is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or business opportunity, or for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability relating to services we deliver is governed by the relevant written agreement.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law, and the courts of Italy have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Where you contract as a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent version.

12. Contact

For any question about these terms, please contact The Italian Chapter through the consultation page of this website.
