Visit a producer to learn about cultivation and the processes behind local hazelnut products. Depending on the host, the experience may include the groves, production spaces and a tasting.
A cooking session can introduce dishes such as tajarin or agnolotti, followed by a meal together. We select a host and kitchen suited to the group, confirming the menu, dietary needs and level of participation.
A guided route offers time in the landscape between villages and vineyards. We consider the hills, surfaces, weather and the participants’ experience, with a different option for guests who prefer not to ride or walk.
Time in Alba or a hilltop village can include a guided visit, a cultural stop and a meal nearby. Chocolate or other food tastings can also be explored with suitable producers, depending on their location and availability.
Our work in the Langhe
In September 2026, Alessia organised a five-day retreat in the Langhe for 52 colleagues from a US technology company. The work included coordinating flights from the United States and Europe, managing the overall budget, arranging accommodation and transfers, and overseeing the programme on site.
The stay included time in Barolo, winery and vineyard visits, e-bike rides, truffle hunting with dogs and a hazelnut producer tour. A chocolate experience and lunch at a Michelin-starred restaurant were also part of the programme.
Each activity needed its own timing, transport and supplier coordination. Alessia brought these arrangements together across the five days, supporting the group throughout the retreat.
