Our Work · Chianti
A 60th birthday planned over a year
For a four-day birthday celebration in Chianti, Alessia worked with the host for a year to bring together 25 friends and family. Accommodation was arranged across a private villa and a nearby hotel.
Guests chose among different activities, with separate schedules coordinated around shared lunches and dinners. Alessia managed the participant WhatsApp group, answered practical questions and was present throughout the celebration.
When a chef cancelled before a private dinner, she arranged a replacement so the evening could go ahead.
